Aprile entered the industry in Florida in 2002. Two years later she had crossed $100 million in sales volume and shattered the state record for new-construction sales — 300+ homes in a single year, as a solo agent. Not a team. Not a brokerage machine behind her. That record still stands.
By 2012 she and her husband Chad had built two RE/MAX Affinity offices in Naples and Bonita Springs that ranked as the fastest growing RE/MAX offices in the world. Then she looked at what she’d built, looked at where the industry was going, and decided it wasn’t enough. She sold them.
In 2019, Chad and Aprile launched Call It Closed International Realty, a fully cloud-based, 100% commission brokerage with a multi-tiered revenue sharing model that nobody else had built at a national scale.
The industry said it wouldn’t work. It ranked #45 in real estate on the Inc. 5000 and expanded into 24 states and 5 countries.
Twenty-three years in, she’s still the one other agents call when they want to know what’s coming next.
